Almond & hazelnut nut slice.  The soft crumb base made out of eggs, butter, sugar and flour is rich in buttery while the nuts are covered with a chewy mixture of Apricot jam, butter and sugar.

Herbs Bread:   My signature Bread! Savoury and Fragrance, a very tasty bread. Ideal to dip with vinegar and olive oil.
